What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — no need to send anything back. We're not able to accept returns for items you simply changed your mind about, since most items ship directly from our fulfillment partners. See our full Return Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $70. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $8, with express shipping also available at checkout. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
Is it safe to leave the light on overnight?
Yes. Our lights use LED bulbs, which run cool and draw very little power, so they're designed for overnight use without overheating or a noticeable impact on your electricity bill.
