Most Duskwell items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a full refund or a replacement — you will not need to return the item.

Change of mind

Because of how our items are fulfilled, we're not able to accept returns of items you simply no longer want. If you reach out about this, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion, but this isn't guaranteed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to make changes.
